Sales Taxes

We are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable GST for orders to be delivered to addresses within Australia. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state or country.

Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise

We will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of claims will be our responsibility.

 Permission to Return and to Receive Credit

Pronto Packaging has a strict Returns Policy as outlined below.
1. All Returns must be approved by Pronto Packaging.
2. Pronto Packaging will organise a pick-up and replacement when the wrong line has been delivered.
3. Pronto Packaging will not Credit a more expensive product for a cheaper product because of the wrong line being dispatched. a. The Stock must be returned and replaced with the correct line.
4. Any Stock returned without Approval will be rejected by Pronto Packaging.
5. A Return Authority (RTA) must be issued from Pronto Packaging before any return.
6. Once an RTA Return Authority has been received, the stock can be returned.
7. All lines being returned must be as per the RTA Return Authority.
8. All Stock must be returned without damage to the Outer Carton or Sleeve.
9. All Freight Cost is at the expense of the Customer Or Customers own Freight.
10. Stock will not be accepted that was Purchased over 1 Month from purchase date.
11. 10% Restocking Fee applies for all Returns of Customer Errors.

**Exemptions **
a. The Return is due to a Faulty Line
b. An Order Error processed by a Pronto Packaging Team Member
c. Reasons further reviewed and the Restocking Fee Waived by Pronto Packaging Senior

For unwanted merchandise the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer.
